Safe Environment

In our commitment to keeping our children safe and secure, we have Safe Environment sessions will all of our Faith Formation and Youth Ministry young people.
The Diocese of Albany requires that each Faith Formation/Youth Ministry Office record the number of young people who received the training, those who have opted out and those who were absent and what the plan for reaching those who were absent is. Not attending is not the same as opting out. You must have either a signed form or an email on record.
If you would like to have your child opt-out of being present for these sessions, please contact the Faith Formation Office. If you opt your child out of these sessions, there is no need to keep them home. We will have them work in a different area with their catechist for the 20-minute session.
